Messages you send us through our forms, email, phone or WhatsApp

When you browse the website, basic technical information (such as your browser type, device and pages visited) may be collected through cookies.

3. How we use your information

To process, pack and deliver your orders
To contact you about your order, delivery or questions you send us
To manage your account if you create one

To send offers or updates — only if you have agreed to receive them

4. Payments

[If you accept online payments, name the payment provider here, e.g. “Card payments are processed securely by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]; we do not store your card details.”] Cash on delivery and bank transfer details are used only to confirm your payment.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed to complete your order — for example with our delivery or courier partner — or when required by law.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep your cart and login working and to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the shop (such as the cart) may not work properly without them.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, legal and customer service purposes. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you offers. Email Info@akdryfruit.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

9. Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including a secure (HTTPS) website and limited staff access to order details. No method of sending data over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
